It is doing the exercise. The exercise must be done routinely at least three times in a week. After you have enough nutrition, and also exercise, the next thing you need to do is making sure that you have enough time of sleep. Sleeping with a good quality will give positive impact to your body, so make sure you will sleep at least for seven until nine hours per day.
